How to buy?

To be able to buy in the store of www.toner1.es, it will be necessary to register. Just follow the purchase steps and fill out the shipping form. Once you enter the data you will be registered, so that the user will not have to enter all the data in future purchases.

The user will add as many items to his cart as he wants.

You will then validate these steps and the shipping address will be requested.

The price includes shipping fees?

The shipping costs for the entire peninsular territory are 5.70 € for standard shipments and 9.00 € for express shipments.

How long does delivery take?

Once you have made payment for the product, we will proceed to the shipment through a transport agency on the same day of receipt of the order and in case of not having stock in our warehouses, we ask our suppliers to serve us normally in 24 hours; In other cases it may take us 4 or 5 business days to serve.

What guarantees do they offer?

Product Warranty: The warranty only covers defects produced by the manufacture.
To enjoy the warranty of the products, you need the purchase invoice.

No claims will be accepted after 24 hours of receipt of the merchandise, except those resulting from manufacturing errors.
