General conditions of purchase

Price lists

In relation to the Value Added Tax, as a general rule, the tax rate of 21% will be applied for the territory of the European Union where this tax is applicable

The prices shown on www.toner1.es may be revised and modified if the conditions require it at any time provided it is considered outdated or requires regularization.

Payment Methods

All purchases can be paid with:

* Income / Transfer.

It is the most economical way. Our data to make the entry or transfer will be provided at the time of order confirmation.

* Paypal.

If you have an account in Paypal you can send the money comfortably and without expenses to our account. Register is Free, you just have to associate your card or bank account with a postal address and start enjoying online payments in Web Pages and auctions.

* Credit card.

Using the secure server of our payment gateway.

Once you have placed the order in our shop, the program will direct you to the website of the well-known and secure signature of the payment gateway where you will indicate the details of your card.

Important: At the end of the process, the page of our payment gateway will return you to our store where you will finish the order process.

In addition, when you send a payment through this gateway, the recipient does not receive sensitive financial data such as your credit card number or your bank account. This way, you do not have to worry about paying people you do not know.

Credit card fraud is a crime and www.toner1.es will take legal action against anyone who carries out a fraudulent transaction in our store.

You can always check the total amount of your order at the last step of order confirmation in your shopping cart.

The e-mail address obtained from the subscription form will be used to send you information about news, products and special offers related to www.toner1.es

The billing data will be used only for the shipment of the purchased product (s). This information will not be used for commercial purposes nor will it be ceded to third parties.

Warranty

Customers of Toner1.es benefit from the warranty given in the articles, which will be 12 months, both original and compatible.

Defects or defects due to improper use or manipulation of the material or wear caused by normal use of the same are not included in this warranty.

The impairments in the functionality of the articles, due to the design limitations thereof, are also excluded from the coverage of this guarantee.

Legislation and jurisdiction

The present general conditions will be interpreted according to the legislation in force in Spain in the matter, which will be applied subsidiarily in everything that has not been foreseen in the same. (Basically Law 34/2002 of 11 July on information services and electronic commerce).

Modifications

Toner1.es reserves the right to modify at any time the SERVICES provided through the website www.toner1.es, introducing or eliminating certain services or contents that contribute to offer a better service.
